The hotel offered excellent value for money with their winter discount spa packages. The spa & wellness centre, situated above a natural source of thermal mineral water, was a unique feature. We were able to drink and bathe in the mineral water, which was a great experience. The rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a big parking lot and shops and services within the hotel complex.

The sauna area was overcrowded and required an additional fee after 4 pm. The dining room and the hotel as a whole were noisy and crowded, making it difficult to find peace and quiet.

Spent my Xmas holidays here and it was a great experience! Loved the variety of amenities offered such as the thermal pools and saunas. the location was perfect, it was close to everything we needed. the food was great and they even had special Xmas dishes. the best part was the affordable package deals they offered for such a high-quality experience.

The language barrier as most staff members spoke limited English. the sauna area was a bit crowded during peak hours.
